More progress on my game

That's a screenshot of Origin Forest in the summer. As you can see, I've added a small pond, lily pads, and cat tails to give more atmosphere. And of course, there's the HUD, which is complete. Just figured I'd share that.

In other news, I have to wait YET ANOTHER WEEK until I get my money. I've already had to wait 2 weeks, and this makes 3. Apparently the lady my mom is paying was waiting for an invoice, when she never even told my mom to give her one. See, my mom has a house cleaning business, and I cleaned two houses with her. Normally she doesn't give her customers invoices, but this time it was needed because she (The one lady) has to give it to the realtor company she works for.

Pretty annoyed, as I want to buy a few things, but, I guess I can wait another week. The $150 I'm getting will be worth the wait.

Not to mention, my birthday is a little less than 2 weeks away (July 6th). I'm deciding between a keyboard/synthesizer, Hauppauge HD PVR, or a bunch of games (3DS, 360, and maybe game pre-orders as well). If I do get the synth, I'm most likely just going to get a microKORG. It's apparently great for starting out with synthesizers/keyboards, so it would be great. The HD PVR would most likely get a lot of use. I've wanted to make videos of Xbox gameplay, and even Wii gameplay (I think it supports composite cables) and put them on YouTube for a long time now.
