Most CFW dissapeared after uninstalling app

Heads up, still relatively new to this.

So I had 2 cias of pokemon emerald on my home screen for unrelated reasons, and I decided i wanted to get rid of one of them. I went through the os settings 3ds software and deleted one of them and then decided to delete a blank application that was also on my home screen.

I believe the blank application failed to delete and then when I returned to my home page, all of my cfws, such as hb launcher, fbi, checkpoint, and anemone were gone from my home screen. All of my 3ds games were gone as well.

I saw that it says that the applications are still installed through the os data management. when I injected hb into a system app, I was still able to access fbi and launch my titles through there. So they're all still there but I can only currently get access to them through hbl and fbi.

Deleted wich blank application???
There could be an error on the SDCard or its a ticket failer. So check the Card for errors, maybe with Powershell and chkdsk command. For reinstalling tickets u can try faketik. https://db.universal-team.net/3ds/faketik

The application had a completely white cover art and 0 blocks of space taken, I believed it was from when I failed to install a game from a while ago.

I'll update you when I check the card for errors.

I used faketik and it stated that there were 0 tickets to be made. Fbi also states that the apps have tickets, as in theyre all of the titles are green.

this was what happened when i ran chkdsk

Windows found errors on the disk, but will not fix them
because disk checking was run without the /F (fix) parameter.

Ok, so this blank one corrupted maybe the ticketsystem somehow. If faketik doesnt help and the Card shows no errors, try install a new game/hb.cia wich wasnt on the system. If it appears delete installed games/homebrew and reinstall.
If the Problem persists iam out of idea atm.

fixing the error with chkdsk resolved my issue. thank you so much, my applications have returned to my homescreen
