Lately I've been looking into the MSU1 and its capabilities and though I have little knowledge in this area I was wondering if anyone knows if the MSU1 potentially supports surround sound like some snes games do and if any of the existing patches have this already.
This is the only info I have found on this topic where byuu says that 7.1 surround sound is possible only on emulators:
