Before it stopped working it turned on but with black screen and only the blue light, and before that the orange light wasnt turning on when i plugged the console to charge it

So suddenly? Did it take a hit? Had you perhaps dropped it? Did moisture get inside? Had it been a long time since you had used it? If you want help, you need to give us more information about it.

Grab a good fitting screwdriver and open the DSi.
Please upload detailed pictures if possible
If you suspect this then ask him (nicely). Maybe he can tell what happened and give us a hint.

Did you ask in a nice manner? Without any aggression and without assuming he actually did something?
oh yeah i asked him a while ago and he doesnt know what he did, but he always breaks my things so I'm not going to not be suspicious about him
