Schweet!

I've got a 47", but I remember back in the day, when tube tv's "got big". Going into circuit city and seeing a 36" set and saying "HOLY CRAP WHAT A GIANT TV!"

I suspect, in 10 years time, the kids will have a LCD wall, 200" screen and that'll be the norm.

..and then... THE VELDT!*

Nice. I recently bought an HD as well, but it's just a 32" Bravia.

Actually, I got a Westinghouse first, but ended up returning it due to lagging on interlaced material, and screen blanking on white flashes (try playing Rayman: Raving Rabbids when the screen blacks during the musical portions of the game).

Been really impressed with the Bravia line, as much as I hate supporting Sony. They do make quality electronics for the most part.

Ace combat is an amazingly beautiful game. Although the physics are arcadish, the game play is great and the graphics are stunning.

thats what makes the game soo good not that crappy ass micrsoft simulator garbage
Ok there buddy, the simulator is not meant for idiots to play around with. It is not meant to be a game. It is meant to train pilots with. You cannot compare the two games, two total different genres- arcade and simulation.

I recently got a Sharp HDTV 32" for my room... I wanted to get a Samsung(since I thought the picture looked better) but my parents are so stubborn for some reason,, and didn't let me.

I have to say, its a fucking awesome TV, and even over-the-air HD looks wonderful.

Damn, I wish my parents would have bought me a TV back then. I always got the smallest one the store had and had to share it with my siblings

I was looking at a 27 inch and even that's looking a little pricey. Hopefully when my tax refund comes in I'll be able to pick one up.

Nice pics guys!
