Hacking N3DS crashes when launching games and apps

Hey everyone,
So as you can see from the title my N3DS(FW11.3) crashes when loading games and apps, more spcificly Nintendogs, freeShop(i can use CIAngel) and sometimes Super Mario Maker and HBL loader by yellows8. Other games work completley fine btw.
Heres what i did to try to fix this:
Went into luma config to disabled Clock+L2
Still crashing
Tried launching with NTR
Still crashing
Tried updating Luma to the latest hourly build
Still keeps crashing
Tried to reinstall it
And it still keeps crashing!
I really don't know what to do!Please help me!
