Naruto Ends?

I just read that the last episode #220 has aired and the Naruto anime is done.

Upon further reading though it appears that they are basically just changing the name to Naruto: Shippuuden (translated to Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles). Are they finally getting back to the manga storyline?

I started reading the manga long before it gained popularity, then got bored around the time everyone else started jumping on board.

Ahh.

I was reading the manga for a while and got confused as why Naruto hasn't grown up in the anime.

I stopped around the 160'th episode since it was becoming dull, so if anyone here can tell me the relative position I would be in the manga, thankyou.

Episode 135 ended at manga chapter 238.
Episodes 136-220 were filler and did not happen in the manga.
