Hacking Need help getting a file for Riivolution

I'm trying to get the file for Ocarina code support you *could* download at this link: http://rvlution.net/riivolution/index.php?title=Ocarina_Codes&
However I just get a 404 error. Does anyone have the file? I'm not sure whether or not this is a "PM It" sort of file.
