I want to make something similar to the VSH recovery menu (like a text game or some sort of menu) but I can't find the proper tutorials. Does anyone know how to make an application like the VSH recovery menu and compile it and put it on a PSP, preferably without any heavy downloading? I have been looking for 2 weeks now for a tutorial, but nothing will work. :wtf:
