I was wondering if there are any good headphones that isolate noise in the price range of $100-$200.

What exactly do you mean by isolate noise? Do you want outside noise eliminated, the sound coming from the headphones stuck in one place? If it's the latter, cans headphones. They completely cover the ears trapping the sound.

There are some specifically designed for noise reduction too. My cheap, $10 in-ear headphones do a pretty good job at keeping outside noise out though.

Okay. Then you will want cans type headphones like the ones I linked to. You may want to look exactly for ones made to suppress outside noise, but as I said, they do a very good job already completely covering the ears.

If you can get them to work with your ears, in-ear headphones are also okay at blocking outside noise. I would recommend cans type headphones more though.
