So I was migrating to Atmosphere (or rather a dual boot) to take advantage of the extra features it has.
I get this error when launching Tinfoil: "Tinfoil detected that you may be running kosmos or hekate custom firmware. please note that this may cause unexpected failures launching games, force the reinstallaton of games, and many other issues. for your own safety, time, sanity and the safety of your nintendo switch, please use reinx, atmosphere /fusee primary or sx os instead". And then it closes.
As said, I am running Atmosphere, and I am using fusee-primary. Anyone know the solution? I would really rather not have to switch to Goldleaf since that doesn't even support installing multiple games at a time.
Believe me, I would really rather not use Tinfoil if it wasn't the best option available.

@blawar Any idea what's going on here?

Do you have Kosmos files on your SD card? I'm not sure how it's detected by the DZ Tinfoil.
SDFiles setup put them on there, I tried deleting them but it was still detecting something, so I just ended up letting Tinfoil "uninstall Kosmos". Things still didn't exactly go smoothly, but that's unrelated.
Kind of a dick move on his part blocking use of his app just based on what files are on your SD, but whatever, Goldleaf just isn't any good.
I am still using the original Tinfoil which has USB & multiple installs option. You should give it a try.
I've used that before, it works fine and all, it's just very primitive compared to the GUI one.

There is an option to delete kosmos files when it's showing this error. Just agree to it.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Edit: OK, I read it now that you did it. Nvm. :d

I would really like to know exactly what it's deleting. That's why I was wary of saying yes to that option, worried it might mess with my setup. Would prefer to delete it manually if Tinfoil would actually tell me what files I need to delete.

Why would you use DZ? Use goldleaf.
