Hacking Need to send my wii in for repair

Lucky me my 4th wii has gotten the black pixels of doom and i need to send it in yet again.

For those that have sent theirs in do you have to remove all traces of the hacks? Right now i only have the homebrew channel on there for my usb loader. If i just remove that would it be safe to send in to nintendo without them noticing?
