You might want to use an emulator like Kawaks or Nebula or whatever one you can find that supports taking screenshots while also letting you toggle on/off individual sprites.
You could rip the sprites from the C ROMs but you would have no palette to apply the correct colors and the organization of the tiles in ROM may be hard to sort through. But if you're asking how this is probably not the method to go with, instead find a suitable emulator.
