that thing can happening is the h3ds dont accept n3ds games like an normal 3ds, that can be solve with a NEW OS like an n3ds luma

I think that the only part from a new 3ds that can be used on an old 3ds is the second joystick, but I don't think that's what you're asking about

...are you asking if internals of a 3ds can be replaced? are you asking if o3ds internals can be replaced with n3ds parts?

It would require basically changing everything included the shell since the dimensions is different and has more buttons, it's easy and probably cheaper to just buy a new 3ds.

Just get an used one and call it a day.
