For all those waiting for 1.51 and 1.6.. maybe just buy the game instead, or stay off XBOX Live. Using Wave 3, Microsoft can literally change the data/CRC on every upcoming game, essentially requiring a new firmware update for each new game.
I'm saying they CAN do it, it wouldn't cost them $$ or much time. That said, maybe they won't do it. But if people need to flash every week or so, that's an incentive for Microsoft to start changing the wave3 data on each new release... once its too inconvenient to copy, people will buy.
