I reckon its going to be N3DS enhanced. Playable on the o3DS, but rebooting the system to get more memory like SSB4 and MH4U.

I kinda wish the bottom screen had like my equipment, items and stats over the retro design so I can quickly switch gear with ease and keep track of my character.

Or maybe a monster hunter style customized screen, like picking what you want or swapping for retro, would be awesome

Yeah I agree, I would like the option to switch between the two because the retro feels like a gimmick that is cool and fun every now and again but like a customization screen would be a lot more helpful.

I like how it is like 3 versions of the same game. Looks like even the PS4 version is turn-based.

The game will start up with both screens, bitmap and 3D, after a certain part of the game is reached, the player will then be prompted to choose which screen they want to use. It can be changed at any time however, so you can experience the best of both worlds. <3
(I'm guessing I'll end up replaying the game twice once in each style). x'D

I don't understand why they chose PS4 to be paired with the 3DS , it was obviously meant to be on the Vita , because both are handhelds , but they decided to put it on the PS4 instead ... Amazing :/

I dunno it was fairly obvious it would be on the PS4 after they announced that it will be on a Home console. But the 3DS has still a huge install base so they want to capitalize on that too.
It's certainly weird that we get only these two platforms but at the same time we are getting Dragon Quest Heroes 2 and Builders on vita soo eh i don't mind.
