new mobile phone

currently i own a samsung galaxy Xcover ( worthless garbage) so i want to buy a new phone but need a little bit of advice... so could anybody help me out

im currently looking at this phone, can anybody rate it and say if it is good ( or bad)

to be honest it looks like a rip of the samsung galaxy s2 epic 4g touch (sph-d710) but the sph-d710 is only duel core and that one says quad core.
