Thanks for the list, after a bit of price research, Most NEW 3DS without XL are limited which not cheap.
Look like I have to stick with Old 3DS in my hand for now

Tried on my NA n3ds, NA o3ds, NA 2ds and JP n3ds. None is able to load the installer, all crashed after scanning 15 QR codes and the system was forced to reboot. Guess it's still buggy.

If you already have an o3ds which is hacked, you can use it to downgrade the n3ds, even on 11.0/1

This time I plan to buy USA one since my current 3DS is JPN so I can buy the USA DLCs.
And both XL & LL is too big for my hands (Still wishing Sony to do a small PS Vita with no hope too).
Didn't think most New 3DS would be Litmited Version.

I think so. I know CN was re-printed, and the reprints do work.
