That's right, it's time to update your Nintendo Switch, yet again. The latest system software update is now available to download, bringing the console to version 10.0.4. This update isn't just a stability one, however, as it fixes an issue users previously had in select regions where they couldn't register a new credit card to the Nintendo eShop from their system.

We have fixed the issue where it was not possible in some countries or regions to add funds using a new credit card or to register credit card information in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch.

So I updated to SX OS 3.0 and somehow I updated while in SX OS (after SX OS 3.0 installed) updated to OFW 10.0.4 and I confirmed it installed by booting to original firmware from SX OS main boot menu. I have stealth mode activated and I was positive it was turned on.

Now games have a warning stating there is an update, is this normal? I can bypass the update warning and still play the game.

I am unsure if I just updated the emunand which I don't use, or if I actually updated to 10.0.4?

did you ever get it to work? i have the same problem. i just updated to 10.0.4 from 10.0.2 via choidur. then i downloaded the update for my official smash on the clean system ofw to play online, and it says before i can install the update for smash i need to do a system update, but its already on 10.0.4. what gives?
