The vWii Wii Shop Channel is completely separate and will work no matter what FW you're on. The vWii FW acts like the Wii 4.3

As it seems unclear, have anybody tried installing game updates for disc games on 5.3.2 with this method?
I mean why would it be a difference whether you download a bought vc game or just an update for MK8?

game updates arent on e shop... this is the 3ds only on 3ds are gameupdates are on e shop, on wiiu game updates are on the same server of the firmware updates wich we have blocked anyway to not get updated to 5.5.1.

how i assume how to use is run kernel exploit and then the website but that dosent work. every time i run a successful kernel exploit and then run the website i am still confronted with a
"you must be running ksploit before instrlling NNU patcher."
is Ksploit something different?

you need the first kernel not loadiine/dumpine kernel, you need the original kernel exploit.

im on 5.4 and have tubehaxx and just tried NNus patcher . It worked flawlessly before , but this time i managed to buy a title in the shop , but it wont download at all in the dl manager . Just keeps saying "could not get title id" .
Anyone else experienced the same thing ?

I got this also. "could not get title id" appears for a game update. You can delete it, game updates cannot be downloaded with tubehax enabled.

If you don't leave the e-shop after purchasing, the title and update will download and install in the background.

Wow but this doesn't work for only updates? Because WUP Installer is a pain in the ass sometimes.

Nope. You'd have to delete the title completely and then the latest update would come with the re-download.

Anyone been able to buy licenses or install updates for wii sports club while on 5.4 with this?
The updatedata wont install with wupinstaller at all.

Yup.

1-Make sure you are using tubehax dns
2- You need your console spoofed to 5.5.1.
3- run kernel
4-run nnu patcher
5-buy your stuff and let it download
6-if download doesnt happen hard shutdown your wiiu by holding the power button-
7-restart your wiiu and all files should download now.


tubehax allows e shop and blocks updates at the same time.

the one that just says kernel, nnu patcher uses normal kernel not loadiine kernel.
