I had cIOSrev20 under IOS249[56] and IOS250[38]. I simply went to Waninkoko's WAD Manager and using IOS249, I installed IOS250[57]. After that I exited out, and was informed that my Wii Memory is full.

Under the memory management settings, it still claims there are no blocks full, so I started to delete some old save data. It still shows there are 0 blocks free.

I can't access anything but the menu, since it won't let you access a channel with no memory left. WTF?

Edit: The IOS250[57] WAD I obtained from ModMii. I was trying to install with MMM instead, but couldn't see how to change input device from SD to USB2.

just delete cios 250 & see what happens as long as you have 249 &/or 236 left I think you're safe.

But if I'm not wrong the ios are NOT suppose to take place in your wii (it have it's own place reserved + the block you see)

if you have found this wad on the net , MAYBE it's not what it says ?....
