I've just finished installing freeshop, and downloaded New Super Mario Bros. 2...
And I want to know what kind of bans I can get from Nintendo.

Since I'll play pokemon moon with my game card without ban, so I don't need for those.

Summary : What kind of ban can I get by playing copied games? And how I can unlock(?) the ban?

You won't get banned unless you give reason to them, i.e. using illegal pkmon in online battles. Also, make sure you dont install leaked game CIAs before release date and all that stuff.

Also avoid cheating online, I hear that's a quick way to get banned.

Consider this. I've never cheated online, played online only EU games on EU EmuNAND, never went online with leaked games before release. I got banned in a most recent wave.
Got LocalFriendcodeSeed_B ban. Quite easy to bypass. So no real harm done.
Not sure about other types of ban.
