Hacking NTR on latest firmware

i want to dump some new leaf dream towns, but have to update my firmware first. I am on bootstrap, I think...if I check for luma update first, then update firmware to latest, would my cfw survive? What about my ntr 3.6 launcher and my new leaf ntr cheat? Would all that still work?

Updating is safe if you have a9lh/b9s+CFW like Luma. You will not lose your CFW.
