Hacking O3DS not updating through cart update

I am trying to update my O3DS from 1.1.0-0U through Game cart Myst which contains firmware 4.1.0-0U however I am not able to do so, please help I am stuck at 1.1.0-0U and unable to homebrew my console.

I don't know what the issue is, but try deleting any previously downloaded update by booting into safe mode (hold L+R+Up+A before and during boot up) and quitting out of it (don't actually update). Then try the game cart again.

I am not able to go in recovery mode, after digging more I found my console has browser version 1.7625 i.e 10.7 , it means its previous owner messed up with it, tried browser hax and soundhax but nothing working, can somebody help me restoring original firmware?
