How about to add [offtopic]Blah blah blah[/offtopic] BB code?
For example, something (simultaneously) folded by default (as spoiler) + italic & pale (less visible) inside. Or something completely different and better.

Well, the spoiler itself is different at least because it's called a "spoiler". Maybe if you look closely, you will notice it and understand.
And no one talked about any blur at all. So you can tie up with your insinuations.

...it's almost perfect, but the word "Spoiler" in result is superfluous in meaning. Offtopic just can't be any spoiler.
Well, for lack of a better way, this is the solution.

Spoilers at one point didn't have the "Spoiler: " forcably added, but it was added at some point probably since occasionally they are actually used as real spoilers i guess

I use them all the time for things that aren't actually spoilers, just don't worry about that it's clear what you're really doing when you write ="Off-Topic" or such
