1. I've seen so many portable dock cases for the Standard Nintendo Switch Dock (Pre-OLED), but never seen one for the OLED itself on Amazon, so I've thought to myself that I could not only print a modular portable dock case for the standard dock, but also print one for the OLED dock internals. which brings me to Number 2 next.

2. The modular portable dock I'm planning on 3D printing for Etsy first before adding it on Thingiverse later on is gonna go both ways where you can have the USB-C, HDMI, and USB-A 3.0 port facing either left or right and vice versa for the two USB-A 2.0 ports. Same for the OLED dock once I get everything ready for that too, but here are some problems which I'll explain in number 3.

3. the problem I have with this is that the Switch Dock (Pre-OLED and OLED) have a 30 pin ribbon cable that is Type A (All pins on the same side) which brings me to a question I want to ask: "Will any thin 30 pin ribbon cable (Type A and Type B (Pins on the opposite side)) work with any Nintendo Switch Pre-OLED and OLED dock without bricking the console or something? If so, then will the pins fit properly? If not, then I won't bother with them. I will post two Amazon pictures of these in Number 4.

Not only Am I worried about doing this, I also fear that if it doesn't stay snug, it could damage stuff too. So will these work or no?

On second thought, I may keep my idea for one, and make something as an experiment for my Switch Docks. But thanks for the suggestion @Shadow#1.

EDIT: On third thought, I'll just scrap the idea instead.
