Hacking Other uses for a Gateway Red Card??

I have 2 Gateway cards that are no longer used (all of our 3ds systems now use CFW). Could the Gateway cards be flashed to serve any other purpose besides playing 3ds roms via emunand? I hate to toss them out but I really have no use for them. I thought if maybe they could be flashed for another purpose (such as a DS flashcart) then i would repurpose them. I'm assuming that can't be done, but just thought I'd ask.

I'd just toss 'em. They can't be reflashed AFAIK and I doubt anyone would buy something that requires an outdated firmware to use over something cheaper or free.

Haha... I didn't know what you were referencing at first but I believe I just stumbled onto that thread a minute ago... sounds like the guy is super happy to have a gateway card!!
