There’s a buffer at every level of the supply chain, so the impact to the factories won’t cause a sudden shortage in supplies, however the way the market panics at these things, memory and storage prices is starting to spike.

If you’re planning to upgrade soon, it’s better to do it today than tomorrow, according to Linus Tech Tips, because this kind of inflated prices can ramp up quickly and take a while to level back out.
