Slot 1 carts such as the 1:1 R4 clones that run the Wood firmware only go for about $6 each. The Passcard system is completely obsolete, and nobody would want or need to purchase one of these with other, more viable options available.
Just give them away or hold onto them. They're basically worthless.
If you're completely bent on selling them, you could probably post them on Shoptemp, but shipping charges would be outrageous enough, even for something that small, I don't think anyone would bother.
