Hacking pc and android and mac don't recognise switch in rcm

i was having issues with a usb 2 cable that came with a controller buy a third party that just for the switch and see how that goes. Says supports switch I mean.

Normally the cables included on controllers are for charging only. or the low quality ones, is always recommended to have a good quality cables at hand. I just brought a pair of 3 mt USB 3.1 certified cables for 15 USD.

So final update. The USB port was replaced but as the guy told me, the previous port was fine. After the problem persisted with the new port, he checked and turns out some voltage chip was shorted. Some ESD chip? Or something it is called, my German isn't very good so I couldn't understand most of what he was saying

After replacing that everything seems to be fine now. Thank you everyone for the help!
