Persona 5 Low FPS issue

So Im using RPCS3 emulator to play Persona 5. While in the game, I notice a very low fps (5-15), but when I switch to another application, the fps grows up to 40-60. What can be done to make the fps high during the game?

I currently using:

GeForce GTX1650
Ryzen 3 3200G Radeon Vega
16GB RAM

the game doesn't exist on pc, if you're talking about persona 5 strikers that's an entirely different game, persona 5 is only on ps3 and ps4, I suggest you to wait the royal version that was announced for pc and xbox, it comes out on 21st october
