ROM Hack Phantasy Star Zero - Visual Chat

On PSZ there's the Visual Chat feature, it's very nice to be able to draw messages to your party members, but is there any way to edit them externally into the game save?

I mean, there were tools to export avatars for Drawn to Life and Megaman Starforce in the past, so I'd like to know if there's something similar for Phantasy Star Zero (as the game has been out for a long tine in Japan) or if someone's been coding a tool for it. I'd really appreciate it, and I bet most of the community would also like to have a tool to help design their dialogue boxes!
