ROM Hack PK3DS "Trainers" section issue.

Hey guys, so when i use PK3DS to randomize my pokemon Sun/Moon game, everything works great, except for the trainers category. It just doesnt randomize anything, so the trainers have always the same mons. Is there any solution? There is no "save" option in there. Where can i find the latest pk3ds.exe for Sun and Moon? (No github...). Could you guys help me in this one?

After you click "Randomize All", you need to "see" the changes for every trainer in the dropdown list in the top right from the first entry which is 000. Fastest way to do it is at the dropdown from 000, hold Shift and press Down on your keyboard all the way until the last trainer which is Hau.
