Hi: can we download and play the 3DS games that are on Tinfoil? Like Pokemon X and Y, Black and White, or Detective Pikachu for example?

Well what @Ondrashek06 said is wrong anyway.

"The Switch can't even emulate the Wii because of outdated hardware. 3DS is a newer console, so yeah, you won't get 3DS games to run."

3ds isn't newer than the switch.
They were saying that the 3DS had newer hardware than the Wii. Not more powerful but still newer.

The Wii was a PowerPC system, the Switch is ARM-based. This argument doesn’t make any sense from a hardware perspective. Although the 3DS is also ARM-based, the current emulators still have limitations, but it is very much possible to emulate the 3DS on the Switch and in fact, people have already been emulating 3DS games on the Switch

And, in fact the Switch can emulate the Wii. Super Paper Mario runs pretty good.

The way he said it, it make people think the switch is more outdated than the 3ds.
In terms of online access and retro gaming - yes, the Switch lags behind the 3DS.
The latter had free online, had backwards compatibility, had Virtual Console with no subscription. The former...is significantly behind.
