I haven't been on gbatemp in about 6 months what advancements in the 3ds/ds scene happened while I was gone?

Here's what I know, lol.

Luma v9.0 is released.
New TWLoader version is released.
nds-bootstrap, starting with v0.6.0, now loads ROMs that are 28MB or below, into RAM, for fast as cart speeds!
