that's the one i meant is a shame was not completed, or, is it completed (enough to be fun)? i don't really know.
beta/proof of concept hacks are cool, but i'd rather play something finished

If GameFreak skrubs could get 26 Unowns on one byte then I'm sure a 1337 MLG h4x0r can shove 386 Pokémon into 256 bytes.

I mean, I'm usually also an old-school guy, but I usually like remakes. They may not have the "taste" of the original ones, but I think they are refreshing.

They are definitely refreshing. I agree. But I like the "feel" of the classics

The only disappointment I had with the Pokemon remakes was Lyra replacing Kris, May getting stripped of her tomboy and Maxie being nerdied up. (Still get a chuckle from his goofy defeat animation, so I'll let that last one slide.)

I would be interested in seeing that project revived, though.

I googled Pokemon Hoenn League and nothing came up. Then I looked at the forum post and figured out what that hack I linked was actually called.

Damn those PokeCommunity mods for not renaming the thread on request. I remember it taking forever back when I actually used that site.
