How exactly do you get starters from elm? Other than the first one, obviously. xD I tried searching this thread for the word starter, and didn't find anything about it with this code.

I have the game saved before you pick a starter, and I would like to have them all.

EDIT: I figured it out. You have to hold start and select while you press A on the machine. It probably resets back to the begining of the story. and youc an only get as many as your party has room for pokemon.

My apologies for resurrecting an age old thread, but there are a great deal of cheats to sort through and I was hoping for some assistance finding a few specific codes. Do the following exist, and if so, what are their associated codes:

1) Spawn/find a specific Pokemon, namely a Darkrai. Due to the rarity of this monster in the previous games the chances of ever legitimately being traded one are slim.

2) Spawn rare candy, preferably as much as I want.

3) Spawn master balls. I'm not greedy or lazy, I simply want 10 or 15 or so. More would be acceptable, but I likely would not use most of them.

4) The codes to access all of the special events in SoulSilver that I do not or did not have access to, including the Pokemon to trigger the events (such as the Pikachu colored and Spikey-eared Pichus), etc.

Can anyone be of assistance with those? From there I'm sure I can figure out how to input them using AKAIO. Thus far I have not had to use cheats in a DS game.

All of them are included in the official cheat database. You can get the AR codes for them using R4cce.

Ah, so its as simple as downloading the file then? I wasn't sure if codes needed to be entered manually or not, as this will be my first time using codes on a flash cart. I've done so in the past with emulators, but never on an actual cart.

Yes. Just download the latest usrcheat data base off cheats.gbatemp.net and extract the dat file over to _aio/cheats directory. To enable the cheats, highlight the game, press Y, select cheats.

I knew about it, but not in such detail. Thanks for all of the assistance. I now go off to be a cheater. Erm, but, hey, I did all of this legitimately on the original Pokemon Silver so my dues have been paid, ha.

Is the cheat database compatible with NO$GBA, or is there an equivalent file available? My flash cart just died.

yes actualy no$zoomer has an option but you can use r4cce copy and past the codes to the cheat list of no$gba and play with the cheats on

Alrighty, I have now done all of that, I got a hold of no$zoomer and used the cheat dat with that. At first it appeared blank due to the fact that the rom was patched, but after I changed the Game ID using R4CCE it began appearing in the no$zoomer cheat area. I also enabled cheats in the appropriate ways on both the dat and no$zoomer...

However none of the cheats appear to work. Or at least the few I've tried do not. Which is strange, because those same cheats and database worked on my Acekard. Have I done something incorrectly? Am I missing a step?

EDIT: Hmm. Manually inputting one of the cheats into the standard no$gba cheat field appears to work, so why doesn't the database itself?

Hey, would anyone be interested in creating a action replay code that speeds up gameplay by x2 or even x4 for Pokemon Heartgold (English Release)? I've yet to find anything like that online and I'm incompetent with any coding, so I would be grateful if someone could help me with this.
