I am a mexican with an american 3DS and an american Pokémon Y. I am currently living in the UK studying.

I saw the Magmar and Electabuzz distribution event detailed here:

I got my code and when I tried to use it it told me: "Your Game Card cannot receive the gift provided by this code."

Does this mean it is region locked? If that's the case, is there any European here willing to help? :P Though I'm not sure if it's also limited to one for each cart.

One for each game, and region locked, ofc. Doesn't matter where you currently are in the world, if the game is from USA, UK stuff won't work.

    @Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here.

    I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
