For all the people that need help with the patching(Or didn't read the README).

1) Go to: This link here(it provides a Patching program)

2) Download the zip files.

3) Extract them to your desktop or a folder(The files are xDelta, xDelta GUI, and the all-important Readme).

4)
If you put the extracted files in a folder:
Place your Platinum ROM in the same folder(Copy it, or whatever) and place the Patch that your going to use in the Folder(Trimmed or Un-Trimmed).
It should look like this:
FolderName--->[xDelta] [xDelta GUI] [Pokemon Platinum ROM] [Both Patches]

If you placed the extracted files in your Desktop:
Place your Platinum ROM and your Patches in the Desktop.

5) Now that your done with downloading, Open up XDelta GUI.

6) It will say:
[___________________] Select Patch
[___________________] Select ROM

Obviously where it says "Select Patch", You'll place the Patch that you would like(The ones you Downloaded here)and select the Trimmed(No AR codes but saves space for Pokesav if your using an Emulator for your PC) or you can select the Un-Trimmed(AR codes are available).

Aaaaand where it says: "Select ROM", You'll put The World Ends with You.....NO you'll put your Platinum ROM

7) Click Apply Patch

8) Make sure your "Patched" ROM has the corresponding Megabytes(Check if it has 62+ MB)

9) When your ROM is Patched, just drag your ROM into your Flash card's Game folder and your good to go

This isn't a permanent means of how I prefer to host things, but I'll update it later.

The patch must be applied to the following ROM dump:
Code:
File: Pokemon - Platinum Version (USA).nds
  CRC-32: 9253921d
     MD5: d66ad7a2a0068b5d46e0781ca4953ae9
   SHA-1: ce81046eda7d232513069519cb2085349896dec7
 SHA-256: ede62292aa7f7014ff27d42097e769753380531739889c29b968b67b80f80678

Patch Download:
https://mega.nz/folder/0ZIDQDDI#zXXxGQqIMAh6-RQ_XJTB7g

Generally when packaging up patches I include notes on what to use, but for now I'll just directly post the resources needed below as a temporary solution until I get around to properly packaging the patch.

I patched your file with the base 3541 rom using online tool as you mentioned and it worked! I'm playing it and so far has no error.

That's good, considering I used the exact patching tool and exact ROM they used for the patch, the only errors you will ever encounter are those produced by the hack itself, usually being errors from the original hacker. Shouldn't encounter those since this is still a mostly vanilla experience.
