Auspicious Armor in Zapapico, near the Poison Team Star Base, talk to a man while having 10 Bronzor fragments. It will give you the item to evolve. Scarlet only.

Possibly? I didn't use it that early but I think if you enable it before they spawn it should work since they'll be in the overworld

They will prob. be marked as illegal and can't even be traded.
If you don't catch them in their spawn area, they can't be legit at all.

Im pretty sure you can't even take it online as it encounter info doesn't match, it get flagged.

There are tadpoles pokemon in the island right? There is one the largest. Talk to it so it will be eaten by that titan.

Do you know where to go after the titan is defeated the first time ? usually it waits next to the cave of the secret ingredient but i can't find it ?
