All there in the FBI documentation for Titles>(game)>Import Seed (basically it must be saved on the SD with the right path and name)

Proves nothing, the icon and banner are not encrypted with seed (how else they would show up if you buy the preorder?) but can also be extracted and stuck on a real usable cia

I'm not gonna import the seed i have i'm gonna take the other guys word for it as for that its only showing the 3ds logo and cutting off so It may just be the preload.

Real seeds are 16 bytes long, not 24 bytes long.
