Rock pokémon usually have low Sp Def, and are slower than Delphox,
you probably will already have it eviolved twice,
just burst Psychic into those Pokémon and they'll fall one after another.

If you catch every pokemon variation you can get on the way, As well as Knock out the duplicates, you'll have mid 30's

nope, I had Greninja,fletchinder and Charmeleon on my party(as i usually catch 4-5 Pokemons before the E4).
i really doubt they could be LV 30 before Grant, even if I had fought every NPC.....

They easilly can be. It's a simple case of you not going out of your way to complete the dex while progressing

Hey people, I've bought Pokémon X today, but the Torchic booklet didn't came, only the Club Nintendo booklet and the printed manual. I know the event has ended but is this normal? The box was sealed. I ask this because I like these things for collecting purposes.

A newer print isn't going to include info for an old event. They were likely removed from all copies of the game printed after the event ended

Some people just bought the game, others are using the new gateway beta firmware that is supposed to work well with it

Me I already had Venasaur and Delphox by the 2nd gym.
It isn't that hard to get them, I didn't even grind.

Is the nature and IVs of Xerneas determined right after the cutscene (first encounter), or can I defeat/run away from it and still generate others values? Because soft-resetting and watching the cutscene everytime is boring.
