It is 32kb bit if I just rename into a .dat file, the virtual console will say the save is corrupted

You can try this :
- Use PkHex and load the .sav and say Yes to "Is it a virtual console game save ?"
- Export the save and rename it

I think I did that to try a save with genuine Mew and it worked.

This is what I get for dragging a .dat from the VC or the .sav from the emulators I use (phone, tablet, computers, etc)
And I know it doesn't have to be exactly 32kb

It is strange, your save file is 32769 bytes and a normal save file is 32768 bytes (even in the rom of the original games). Can you try to load the save in VBA on your PC ? And download a new version of VBA ?
