Hacking Possible to transfer .cia games saves onto legit cartridge?

Hello so ive had a hacked 3DS for awhile, and i downloaded a .cia game, but then i wanted to buy the real cartridge, so i did, but now im wondering if theres a way to transfer the game save from the CIA file to the cartridge with Checkpoint or something? I known that you can create save backups on Checkpoint, but i dont know how they work, and i also know that cartridges in the game slot appear on the Checkpoint menu and you can select them.

Use Checkpoint to dump the desired save file from your digital copy, which you can then inject into your cartridge copy.

I'd use JKSM. I dunno why there's a huge fan club for Checkpoint.

JKSM and Checkpoint are used for savegames. The games are usually stored as read only and can't be written to without physical tampering

Well Checkpoint comes in a homebrew starter pack, not to mention you don't need to put in the pin for kids with parental controls :l
