Hacking Preloader "Channel Cannot Load" Hack for 3.2

little help, looked everywhere, but no one seems to have backported this from 4.0, although it was in the menu a long time before that, so should work.

Other 2 guys: thanks, those are the directions, guess I have to do that, but the directions put me to sleep....so I dunno if I will. thanks anyway though.
