Hacking Priiloader, CIos, then bootmii as ios.

is this safe? i have priiloader and CIos, but i can only install bootmii as ios. is it safe in this order?

For Wii with the newer boot1 there is no better option, since modifying boot2 isn't an option.

Install BootMii as IOS, create a backup image and store it on multiple media.
Verify Priiloader starts.

That should cover most potential problems. If you are unsure about something, just ask. Somebody will surely help you.

If you modded your Wii with ModMii or with wii.guide there should not be any problems.

In the sense that you put into these words (and you most likely assume that this is guaranteed reinforced concrete bulletproof protection) - no, it's not that safe then.
If you will mindlessly install every first random piece of crap from internets into your console, you'll brick it sooner or later (for example, by setting another "non-boring menu with epic music, lol").

Only install updates for your own region.
DO NOT DELETE CRITICAL SYSTEM FILES.
DO NOT INSTALL SYSTEM FILE MODS.
DO NOT INSTALL UNOFFICIAL CHANNELS unless, they come from a TRUSTED source and REALLY serve a useful function.
Ensure that you know what you're doing before you install or run any homebrew apps.

correct, that is what i meant. i dont have bootmii, but cios and priiloader.

You should at least install BootMii as IOS and create a NAND backup.

As mentioned above there are ways to forcefully brick a Wii. Installation of a new System Menu version removes Priiloader and therefore the only protection on newer consoles. If something is wrong with the new System Menu or even the corresponding IOS → † Wii †
After region changing, up- or downgrading System Menu (which shouldn't be needed anyway) the first thing to do is reinstall Priiloader for the case something is wrong.

Using normal homebrew software, using USB loaders, using legit game discs (and burned copies if the drive allows it) should not cause any trouble on a modded Wii.

by the way my console IS new. its the wii with 0 gamecube support.

This limits the usefulness of the NAND backup, since BootMii will not allow restoring it, but nevertheless you should backup. With a hardware flasher restoration is still possible (or if you solder in the missing components).

GameCube support is only officially zero. Nintendont changes that.
Soldering in the missing parts makes the normal functionality also work again (I'm not sure if the drive would read GC discs if manually placed, it can't center 8cm discs like the drive in RVL-001)

i have nintendont. just saying that for clarification on which model i had.

by the way this is done. i got bootmii as ios and did a NAND backup and imported to Dolphin Emulator.
