Hacking Problem with game languages on Luma3DS & JP Region 3DS

Hi you all, I have a JP New 3DS XL that is hacked on the latest version of Luma3DS and the latest version of FreeShop.
I Keep choosing games in US region, and they download and work perfectly, but they keep popping up in Japanese after download. They work perfectly, but in Japanese.
On the FreeShop settings I set locale to english. What else am I missing for all the games to download in english? please let me know y'all, thanks
