Hacking Problem with Wiinnertag Need Help

I signed up over a week ago and inserted the code into the config file with my key yet no matter what or how much I play nothing shows up on my tag. Do I have to be a VIP member just for the basics now or what? Any help would be nice. Thanks all. Later.
