Gaming Problems playing Castle Crashers offline

When I try to play Castle Crashers offline, it keeps telling me that its a trial even though I downloaded it (I have to log into XBL in order for it to work) but I want to play it offline because sometimes i'm at my friend's house , bringing my own 360, and it says it's a trial so it's very inconvenient.

Does anyone know of a way to play it offline? thanks!

Did you buy it on another console or that particular one?
If you bought it on that one it should work even offline as long as your profile is logged on, online or not.

Are you taking your 360 to your friends house, or just the harddrive?

I brought the whole 360 but installed it on another console.

I did the "transfer game licenses" and thought it would work, but I had to re-download the game through Account Management instead of through the simpler way.

You do know you can only use the license transfer tool only once a year right?
