I don't think region matters so you should be able to use the firmware from here :-

The PSDEV Wiki mentioned that region didn't matter so I hope it worked for you. I tried to generate the proper links to download it directly from Sony (as per the instructions in the wiki) but I either got the link generation process wrong or Sony remove older firmware copies from their servers as the link returned as 'file not found'.
